after a factory default reset it gives me no more option? help

You're in the user (/shares) interface, not the admin one. Make sure you use HTTPS and specify /admin for the page. You may need to click through a security warning (hat you may have previously disabled in your browser, but would have to be done again for the "new" NAS.
