Anti-Virus Not Updating on ReadyNAS 204/Firmware 6.10.5 Hotfix 1

Thanks for the reply, and the link to the manual download. However, when I try to install it, I get "unrecognized server error" message. As noted, I'm at Firmware "6.10.5, Hotfix 1" and setting "update method" on my system is set to "beta." Nothing in logs. Are there additional error logs I can look at by manually logging into the ReadyNAS via command line?
What browser are you using?

Ok. FWIW, I haven't seen this issue with Chrome (though my systems are Windows 10).
Can you click cancel when you see this (and proceed)?

Cancel exits the whole process. Just tried the install with FireFox 94.0; same error message; cancel simply exits back to the setting screen.
Is there a command-line install from the zip file? That is, login in via a terminal to the ReadyNAS and work at shell prompt?
