APC Back-UPS RS 550GI
Reporting back the results of the following model : APC Back-UPS RS 550GI (region = UK) Originally the setting within Frontview was set to "Auto" - Had to fix the percentage to get it to shutdown pro...
I tried this again, taking the sensible approach this time & attached the NVX to the mains & kept a non critical load on the UPS & let the NVX monitor the UPS.
Select shutdown on battery low threshold : "Auto"
Successfully shutdown when it got to 9%,
So I reckon this answers my query when alerts will come, it was waiting the "critical alert" signal from the UPS, but It get's pretty close to depletion for my liking, so I'll stick with manually setting the percentage as it's not critical if the NVX goes off-line early.
