You may wish to open a tech support (http://www.readynas.com/support) case and edit the thread title (i.e. subject of first post in the thread) to include your case number.
Tech support may need to remotely login to your system to look for a reason why the NAS is rebooting endlessly and check to see that the BIOS is up to date.
