Hi there,
where do I get the 5 layers of security apps? My internet has been hacked before I need antivirus and anti theft apps plesse. Is there an app to show me who is logged into the NAS server?

These don't relate specifically to security/hacking.
Your RN316 has antivirus protection, this is enabled in the web ui under settngs->services. There is also an app which can be installed which gives you access to some useful settings.
FWIW, I don't know for sure what "free cloud backup" refers to, but I think it is referring to using replicate (so it would require at least two ReadyNAS). I don't think it means free cloud storage provided by Netgear.
