Another difference in the NV+ v1 versus the NV+ v2 which I picked up on by looking at the ReadyNAS images that mdgm posted in his article is that the NV+ v2 now has an external power brick similar the the Duo (v1 and v2) whereas the NV+ v1 as we all know has the internal PSU. I had seen the lower power rating in the specs, but had not picked up on the fact that it uses an external power brick. I'm not sure if I like that or not.
