Automated AirPlay Streaming Functionality

There's a good discussion here about solutions for streaming content from the NAS to varying AirPlay devices and AppleTV. It seems like some competitors make this an easy process where we have to deal with a lot of configuration and terminal commands. Please update a good way to handle this! Thanks!
