Backing up ReadyNAS to another ReadyNAS in a remote location

ReadyNAS Replicate has been announced as end-of-life and will be unavailable soon (or maybe already, and that's your problem). Even if that's not the problem, you will need a new solution soon; so better to work on that than fixing Replicate.
ReadyDR has replaced ReadyNAS Replicate, and it should work on the 316. Other possible solutions are rsync over SSH and a VPN.
