is ReadyNAS OS 6.2.3 for ReadyNas NV+ (RND4250) or NOT ?

No. 4.1.14 is the latest firmware for the NV+ (v1). There is 4.1.15 beta firmware available.

There are some security patches in 4.1.15 beta, so I do recommend that you install it.
Though it is beta, I've been running it for several months and have found it to be stable.
