tried it, but it showed the same display.

      steps done,

      poweroff

      Insert USB drive

      press reset

      turn on

keep reset pressed for 15 seconds

      Is there a wrong step?

Should the usb boot recovery be showed on m display?

I think it's the backup button you need to press though the 3200 doesn't have a backup button. You might need to hook up a VGA keyboard enter the BIOS and get it to do the next boot off a connected USB device.

I think the syslinux version for USB Boot Recovery may be newer than the one on the internal flash which could be how you can tell if it's booting properly off the external USB.
