Can i connect the readynas104 to two different routers each on their own network

    So both routers are using the same LAN subnet - using 192.168.1.x addresses.  That won't work.  You need to change one of them to something else - 10.0.0.x is a good option (and is also reserved for this purpose).

     

    If you have configured any static IP addresses, switch them back to DHCP before you do make this change.

     

    Static addresses in general are a bad idea, it is better to use DHCP in the client devices, and reserve IP addresses in the router for any devices that need a fixed IP address.
