Can not backup
Ready cloud desktop will not back up any more. or auto back up what is allready on the drive.
The desktop app now looks like this. I have tried to reinstall but no change.

May I know the operating system of the computer?
This could be related to the Java version installed on the computer. Have you tried updating it to the latest version and removing the previous versions afterward?
If you have any security software installed on your computer, you can also try temporarily disabling it then re-install the ReadyCLOUD desktop app.

Computer is using windows 7
Disabled bitdefender.
Still not working.
This has not worked correctly since the day I installed it.
