Can you access Frontview? (the admin web ui)?
Do you know what firmware the Duo is running?

No. I don’t know what to do to access it. I have tried looking for the IP address (I think that’s how I accessed it years ago) but with no luck.
Do you know how I can find how to get access to Frontview?

You can try RAIDar, but it might be tricky to install.
Another option is to look in your router's attached device list.
When was the last time you successfully accessed the NAS?
