Cannot Connect to ReadyNAS 102 admin, but RAIDar finds it.
Hi,
We have a large home entertainment/network setup, and inside this is one ReadyNAS 102 with two Seagate Barracuda 2 TB Drives. I have never used it, but it was installed about 2 years ago after renovations. Now I would like to be able to access it to store some photos, etc. But my problem is, the ReadyNAS admin panel will not load up on my computer, despite even using the IP Address given to me by RAIDar, all it says is that his site can't be reached. I think it might have something to do with the NETGEAR ProSafe VPN Firewall FVS336GV2 that we have installed but can't seem to port-forward and have already opened outbound services. Some things to note are that RAIDar picks up the NAS as without drive and on the NAS the ACT light is constantly on, and the drives appear to be switched (e.g when I put the drive into bay 2, the bay 1 light turns on? This Could just be me as the lights are kind of hard to see.)
I have tried rebooting, and have had little succes trying to get it into Boot Mode.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Felix.

Which version of RAIDar are you using?
Which version of ReadyNAS OS is running on the NAS?- FelixOBAspirant
I'm using RAIDar version 6.2, and I can't tell you what version of ReadyNAS as it doesn't show up in RAIDar and I can't access the Admin page. I have now done a factory default through the boot menu, but it doesn't appear to do anything like suggested and boots up straiight-away rather than the 5-10 minutes the guide suggests.
Thanks,
Felix.

Just in an edit, I'm not actualy sure whether the drives are being recognised, but the lights DO turn on faintly when I insert a drive.

Can you ping the NAS (using the IP address shown in RAIDar)?

Oh and by the way, I can confirm that the actual NAS doesn't recognise the drives when inserted, although the light gets 'slighty' brighter, but nothing compared to the light when in boot mode.
