Cannot register new readynas RN316
I get my new readynas RN316 from Amazon.de today. Unit was original packed.
When I try register with my.netgear.com i get this:
This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative.
I need help, because there is no option for help with non-registered unit with serial on your help site. Help is for registerred profucts or for product without serian no.

w i see it is registerren in my account already.. I Think it is from adding to my readycloud/mynetgear account. Nice.
