Note: I used to use ReadyCloud and were able to access my data remotely.
As I suspect you know, ReadyCloud is no longer an option.

That is not a good sign. Have you tried using RAIDar?
If you haven't installed it before, you will need to first install Java.

Hi, thanks so much for your advice. I've downloaded the oracle java 8 for MacOS program and the RAIDar 6.5. I can see the NAS storage is healthy for both disk. Please advise how to see the actual folders? Thank you!

- Can you access the admin web ui from RAIDar?
- What happens when you click on "browse"?

Hi Stephen, i am using Macbook now. The Help function said the Brower button only shown in Windows machine. Should i try in Windows machine?
Also, i've chosen "Offline LAN setup" button which took me to admin login page. After i entered the login account and password, it took me to an Initial Setup Wizard. There is a Next button on the screen. Should i press Next to proceed? Will this reformat my diskes? Thanks for your help in advance!

That sounds like the data might already be gone.
Maybe try browsing to https://nas-ip-address/admin. (nas-ip-address is a placeholder for the real NAS IP address you are seeing in RAIDar). Then log in as "admin', and use the NAS admin password. Don't use your old ReadyCloud username.

Thanks. I would try it at home today. But, i forget the Admin password (since the NAS was setup 5 years ago) and a message said that password recovery has not been setup in my NAS. Any idea how to recover the admin password. Or else, what would be the default password of the admin account in case I have not changed it at all? Thanks.
