Can't access Admin Page after update to 6.6.0
Hi all,
I've today upgrade my readynas to 6.6.0, but after this I'm not able to see my Adminpage anymore.
I can find the Readynas through RAIDar, but I can't get access to download logs or diagnostic. However I'm able to browse the folder inside readynas, through http://readycloud.netgear.com/.
But I'm not able to get into Adminpage. Please help me out with this problem. I have already tried to make a OS Reinstall, but nothing changed.
I did a upgrade through Adminpage to 6.6.0 from 6.5.2.
HELP IS NEEDED!!!

I'm having the same problem. My system hung up (for an hour) after the install and had to be manually rebooted to get it to work again, now I cannot open my Admin page.

I just tried getting back into my admin page, I changed my user name from the user name I had chosen to my email address associated with the account. It worked and I am able to browse the admin page. I hope this helps you to get into your system.
- hcoskunTutorWhat do you mean? I don't even get into the login screen when I click adminpage. It loads for a couple of minute and then it gives error, saying that it wasnt possible, plesse check connection, reboot readynas and yada yada yada...
Wish I didn't make the upgrade. My system have been working perfect for 1 year with all other upgrades and now this upgrade broke it...
I reslly need help with this issue. I have more than 10TB data, so a factory reset is out of question. I think its a problem with services. Because when I go to NAS Util app on android and click services, then the app crashes, which it normally doesnt.- StultisAspirant
I got to mine by going to the readycloud page, I clicked on manage, then admin page. It opened another tab in my browser and prompted me for my user name and password. I changed the user name to my email address and it opened up for me.
Now before doing all of this my nas would not respond to anything and I had to hard reboot it, ie I unplugged it and let it sit for a minute. After I plugged it back in it allowed me to access the readycloud page and from there I could finally get to the admin page. Before the reboot my computer could not access the readycloud or the admin page. I hope this helps.

I had the same problem - no admin page after the 6.6.0 update. I was able to ssh in as root and saw a continual stream of message in the apache logs (/var/log/frontview/error.log, IIRC) complaining about mod_wsgi. I tracked that down in the apache configuration and commented it out. I also had to delete 3 symlinks in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled for some apps previousl installed - PHP, python, and htop. After that the interface started.
HOWEVER, I cannot run any apps, e.g. the antivirus plugin, the SMB configuration, or most importantly to me ReadyNAS Surveillance.
All in all this seems like a badly broken release; hopefully a fix is coming soon. Also hope that ReadyNAS Surveillance will be avaialble in the app store again! It seems to have disappeared so I can't even try re-installing it!

Somehow I can't access admin page again. This happens for me like every 3-4 days. I can connect to the readynas by using android app NAS Utils, see all settings and so on. I can connect and see my nas through readycloud.netgear.com. But I can't connect to my admin page and can't either connect to my FTP.
What is happening? I still have firmware 6.6.0. Please help me out with this problem
This could be a hardware issue, so it is worth pursuing. Have you tried Netgear support?
If you are the original purchaser, and bought between 1 June 2014 and 31 May 2016 you are entitled to lifetime chat support.
Otherwise, you would need to get paid support (ask about per-incident). They wouldn't charge (would refund) if it turned out to be hardware.
Another avenue is to back up the data, do a factory reset, rebuild the NAS and reload the data.

A hardware issue would seem unlikely.
Can you download your logs using RAIDar 6.2 and send those in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
