Can't delete a folder
I'm trying to delete and create some folders from my NAS. I've done this in the past without any problem but now after Entering DESTROY I get different messages for different folders
1) "Could not delete due to Snapshot deletion failure Code 1004030000". As far as I am aware I don't have any snapshots.
2) "Could not delete share due to configuration update failure. Commit failed."
When trying to reate a new folder I get
"Failed to create share. Please verify that the share name is valid and unique.Could not create requested share Code 101305001"
This happens whatever name I use
Can anyone help to sort this out so i can delete and create folders again?
Thanks

Can you download the log zip file from the logs page?
Then ask the mods ( JohnCM_S and Marc_V ) to analyze the log zip file for you.
Send them a private message (PM), using the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page. Include a downloadable link to the log zip file in the PM (google drive, dropbox, etc).
Please don't post the logs publicly.

There will be an error name matches a username in a NAS account. Some other names are reserved. Maybe if the name doesn't match a username, you should let us know that the name is. Though this might be related to the second error above.

Thanks, I'll get that done tomorrow. Will I need to explain the problem again in the PM ot just send the log file?

It's enough to include a link to this thread in the PM along with the request.
They both do log analysis as a courtesy, which often helps resolve issues w/o needing paid support.
