Clicking or ticking sound from disks every minute!

Some makes and models of disks are more prone to this than others. The type of enclosure may have an effect on how much sound gets out as well. If you had not heard the noise when the drives are new and then suddenly start hearing it, that would be worrisome. If they have clicked like that from day one and it doesn't get any worse, then I would accept it as normal.
