You will have to turn off the Duo, install/connect each drive to a PC with SATA connections to do the upgrade. If you do not have a spare SATA cable, you can temporarily disconnect the DVD drive and use it's SATA and power connectors.
Be sure to back up you critical/important data first, of course the best scenario is a complete and current backup before you do the upgrade. Murphy is lurking.
