What firmware are you running?

Is there an error message when you tried to access it via File Explorer? On the RAIDar window, did you notice if the IP address is different from the IP subnet where your PC is connected? Lastly, is the admin page accessible?

on raidar version 6.1 it displays

It did initially display an error message. if skipped it loads frontview up ok
The error message is:
An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. if you continue
to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this
problem.
Error 0x800004002 No such interface supported
