This contradicts your last post where you stated:
"homes" contains two shares "admin" and "relisuco"
If "homes" contains a folder called relisuco then there is a user with that name also defined which then suggests your NAS is not in Share security mode
If I type into safari;
https://192.168.168.10/admin/
It says page not loaded. it cannot find front view.
Because 192.168.168.10 is the address of your MacBook, not the NAS (which has address 192.168.168.168)
1) why is the Relisuco share empty (it has 180 GB of data)
2) I cannot find the "Storage" share - it does not show up in HomeHKNAS(AFP)
I would strongly recommend you contact Netgear Tech Support. If you have not changed your NAS setup then it should work as it did when connected via the router. Therefore you need someone to take a look at your NAS as the info you have provided is contradictory and anything I might suggest could result in data loss.
