Danger of using mismatched drives?
One of the 4 drives in my RN214 failed and I swapped it for a new one that appears to be slower -- I am now getting this warning in the readynas interface:
Volume: Warning "It is not recommended to mix different disk types. Current volume is using SATA 7200 RPM drives. Please replace the disk in channel 3 (Internal) to match the rest of the disks on volume data for best performance."
Question is -- how concerning is this? Other than things being a bit slower, is there any danger for data loss/corruption?

Mixing speeds will just slow down performance.
Though some drives aren't well suited to ReadyNAS - what was the model of the drive you added?
