disable raid

I have a RN102 with (2) 1TB drives in a x-raid radi1 config.   What I want to do is:

- install a single 6tb drive

- clone data

- disable raid

can't figure it  out.   Suggestions?

Hi ChamITGuy, I would do it like this:

    1 - Backup your data

2 - Remove both old 1TB drives from the nas

3 - Prepare the new 6TB drive to not hold any partitions. Could do that with a windows pc. If the disk is already blank, skip step 3.

4 - Insert the blank 6TB drive into the nas. As it is a single drive, there will be no raid.

5 - Restore the data from your backup to the nas

    Kind regards
