Probably /dev/hdg is the culprit looking at the current pending sector count.
Your disks are not on the compatibility list. Also the Load Cycle Count on your disks is pretty high.
I'd suggest you power down your NAS, remove disks (label order), connect them up to a SATA port in your PC and check them using WD Lifeguard Diagnostics.
