Drive replacement question for NVX
Hi there, My NVX is logging the disk drive in position 1 with far to many smart errors for my liking so I intend to replace the drive, a 3.5" 1TB Seagate ST31000340NS, with a 3.5" 3TB Western Digit...

What version of RAIDiator are you running? You need to make sure that you are running RAIDiator 4.2.16 or later before adding a 3TB disk.
RAIDiator 4.2.22
So the correct proceedure would be.
1. Power down NAS.
2. Replace failing drive in Bay 1 with new 3tb disk.
3. Boot and run resync
4. Repeat 1-3 with 2nd 3tb disk.
q: Does it matter which bay/disk I replace for the second new 3tb disk?
