Duo power supply failure

If your Duo is still under warranty, open an on line tech support case. (I am assuming you are beyond the 90 day initial period and no longer have free telephone support) While not a common occurrence as far as I know, it can happen and is an easy item to replace since you don't even have to open the case.
Even if you are beyond the end of the warranty, they may direct you to where you can purchase one. I could not find one on the Netgear Store site. It should be there along with other minor parts people are always asking about (screws, trays for newer units, etc).
If they don't come back quickly, post back and we see if we can get a Jedi involved.
