Failed drive, can it run on 3?

One Drive has predictive failure, will the raid5 cope for a couple of weeks while I wait for Seagate warranty process, am I hoping for too much? I understand the load on the remaining drives will increase if I understand raid5 correctly.
The NAS is storing nightly back ups

    The risk is that a second drive will fail while you are waiting.  If that doesn't happen you should be ok.
