Thanks for that informative summary- I actually stumbled upon a -100nas at a website called simplynas.com so they must be either a liquidator or just have older stock for some reason. I agree with your enthusiasm for Newegg as I too have had good experiences with them, but I'm seeing a superior price on amazon for the -200nas and I'm indifferent between those two sellers (having had very good experiences at both).
