Front USB port not working

Hi I recently bought a Readynas Ultra2. Connected a WD My Passport 1Tb drive to the front USB 3.0 port without problems.
Suddenly the USB drive was no longer recognized. Plugging it into a USB 2.0 port on the back of the Readynas works fine.
Tried then to plug an ordinary 4Gb USB stick into the 3.0 port but it is also not recognized by the Readynas.
Reboot did no change.
Anything more i can try before requesting a warranty replacement of the Readynas from my supplier?
...Bjorn.

It is kernel issue, this is generic problem for the open source community,
the below is error log in kernel,
Feb 21 04:37:07 nas-C1-98-94 kernel: usb usb6: No SuperSpeed endpoint companion for config 1 interface 0 altsetting 0 ep 129: using minimum values.
You may researched in Google, many user see the issue in Linux system.

    please try the below steps,
    1. Unplug the USB disk,
    2. Power off unit and unplug power cord,
    3. Wait for a moment, plug power cord and power on system,
    4. Insert USB disk and system detect successfully.
