One of your colleagues PMed me suggesting doing a fan replacement too.
I'm not against the idea, but when I last posted here about replacing the power supply/fan, I could not figure out how to do it. The web images of the replacement unit didn't make sense when I examined my RNP: The on-off switch and the power cord socket were on the wrong side of the replacement unit.
