Just to clarify - I don't work for Netgear.
There are three fans in the pro - the CPU, the system fan, and the fan built into the power supply. Your link is on replacing the power supply. Replacing the system fan is easier - there's a link here:https://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=72754&p=404420
