I am having the same experience with my RN104. The most stable firmware for this device in months has been Beta 6.2.3 T1721 which I may revert back to again. - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee Retiredleaker can you send me your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
- LeakerAspirantLogs sent, thanks mdgm.

I too an having similar issues with 6.2.4. About once a day the system hangs. Where is this elusive 6.2.3 T1721? Is is a Beta 6.5? I have Beta 6 (T1718) that I'll try reverting to. - euphosAspirantLogs sent...Hope they help. I downgraded to 6.2.3 Beta 6 due to the daily lockups.
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredFrom a quick look those logs don't show any lockups. Can you download a set of logs just after rebooting after a lockup?
- euphosAspirantMaybe "Lock-up" is the wrong word. But I could not get to the admin page nor did any of the shares work. Raidar didn't show the NAS as well. If 6.2.3 Bet 6 locks up like 6.2.4 I'll send more logs ASAP. FWIW...The lock-up today occurred about 16:00.

Logs sent. RN104 was "unresponsive" this morning (not showing up in RAIDar, can't get to admin page or shares). Was working fine last night until 22:00. I do have some backups that run at midnight. Other that that, no use while we're asleep. Sent backups right after reboot (I have to pull the plug, the power button NEVER shuts it down, but that's another mystery) at 6:15am.
All this after downgrading from 6.2.4 to 6.2.3 Beta6 - jpass022LuminaryI am running 6.3.3-T153 presently on my RN516. Is there any advantage to changing to 6.2.4?
- tviner1AspirantAlso having problems with an RN104 post 6.2.4 upgrade.
Works long enough to browse shares and then goes offline.
Power button becomes unresponsive, doesn't respond to RAIDar and drops off network.
Removing power cord results in above recurring - no longer have access to files, although when checked with RAIDar there are no hard drive or other errors detected.
Tried from both Windows 7 and 8.1 machines, both with same result.
Did consider whether this could be a problem with the Antivirus App installed so tried removing it.
Shut down and restarted, but after trying to access folders went offline and non-responsive.
Starting to think about downgrading to 6.2.3 to rectify problem.
Noticed that there are other users here with same/similar problems and wondered whether there are any other setup changes worth considering in order to track the glitch down to a particular area - network/firmware/hd interface etc
