It would mean that the particular drive is starting to fail.
Just want to check, is your NAS set on Flex-RAID or XRAID? ATA error count might increase. It would be best if you set it on XRAID so that you'll just have to prepare a spare compatible disk for your NAS and you'll just have to insert it in replacement of the failing drive.
