Did you connect your Tandberg QuikStor RDX USB3+ hard disk enclosure with 2TB hard disk to either of the USB 3.0 ports of your Duov2 which is located at the rear panel?
Does same problem occurs if you connect it to the USB2.0 port at the front panel?
Just to further isolate the problem, do you have another external USB drive and check if same problem will occur whether its connected to either USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports of your NAS?
