It might be the size of the HDD that you are using (might be too big). Previous USB HDDs that are compatible to the Duov2 are barely 500GB so I'm thinking the unit might be having a hard time detecting you 2 TB right away without rebooting. My best bet is to contact support so they can report it to thier engineering have them look at your unit.
