How do I reset my ReadyNAS DUO v1 admin password

Changed my computer and cant accesss the admin page. RAIDar 6.5.0 FW 4.1.14 displays good health. Win 10, ReadyNAS DUO v1 My computer displays but cant login to admin page. Default login is "admin...

The default password on a Duo V1 is netgear1 and you must use user name admin. If you still can't get in, an OS re-install will reset them. See here for instructions: How-do-I-access-the-boot-menu-on-my-ReadyNAS-Duo-NV-NV-X6-or-600 . Don't accidently do a factory default, as that will wipe your data.

Error on browser, both Edge and Chrome

Any idea why I cant login to admin?
FW is off also.

  The NAS only supports TLS 1.0. Browsers began deprecating TLS 1.0 a couple months ago.
  
  Internet Explorer will still connect, as will Edge in IE mode. You can also download an older version of FireFox (94.0.2 will connect).

    I have reset the Nas and use Firefox, but still cant get in?
    Any suggestions?
