I get an error trying to install phpmyadmin:

Setting up phpmyadmin (4:2.9.1.1-13) ...
dpkg: error processing phpmyadmin (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 20
Errors were encountered while processing:
 phpmyadmin
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
