I can register product because "This Serial number has been already registered online."

Hello, 

 

I have obtained a RN10400 and a router R7000. The router could be registered no problem but the NAS says it was already registered. I have talked to previous owner and he does not recall a registration carried out. Could you help me register my NAS.

    The NAS was most likely registered before which is why you are getting that message. Unfortunately, the registration and the warranty is not transferable for our NETGEAR devices. You may visit this link for more information.
