I really did not deserve this.
Started my nas journey with an Ultra6. Great Box and never had 1 issue since purchasing it. Its still going strong. Thought I'd upgrade to a Pro6 but the experience has nearly killed me. First box...
It would probably be easier if he just mentioned what hostname he wants, and we make the zip (with just that file in it) to have him restore, less chances of error that way. No sense trying to overwrite other files, which may cause other issues. And if he does not save it in UNIX format, but instead DOS format, more issues will arise later when trying to change it again.
