i want to create online user in ready nas 212
I am using ReadyNAS 212 and would like to create an online user to access this NAS from a different network. Can you please help me complete this task?

No longer possible. ReadyCloud was taken down quite some time ago. My recommended alternative is ZeroTier (see the long discussion at ZeroTier-as-a-ReadyCloud-replacement. It's not a plug-and play solution, however -- there isn't one of those available.
Depending on your specific needs, something like OwnCloud or NextCloud can also be used. But I recommend they be used on another system and the NAS shares mounted as external sources since the versions that work on the ReadyNAS are old and no longer readily available, if it even ever was for ARM based ReadyNAS. Of course, that means you'll need another always-on system unless your remote user can be limited to a schedule.
I actually have both because each is best for different uses.
