Yes, but I agree with the OP, although it's a great unit, and things are starting to come good, my experience with this out of the box was very frustrating and disappointing also. It was described in marketing material as a solution for home users. I am a savvy home user and this product just did not offer the advertised features listed by the OP when we purchased it. It has been a headache to get up and working and I've needed help fom this great forum every step of the way (thank you, kind members!). I think the OP makes a fair point. I could not recommend the v2 Duo to colleagues/friends without a caveat of 'be prepared to get your hands dirty' ( figuratively). The average home user would have thrown it out the window in frustration before getting to firmware 5.3.5. More comprehensive product descriptions, testing on various platorms and instructions for each feature that relate to this specific model & firmware (rather than older versions) would go a long way towards avoiding these problems.
