Installation Problem NAS102

Question

Hello,&nbsp;This afternoon i bought a new NAS102 with two WD Red Nas Hard Drives.I tried to setup the NAS but it won't work.&nbsp;The problem is that the NAS can't be found using the Readycloud (https://readycloud.netgear.com).When I use Raidar then I see the NAS with one IP adres, but also there stands that there are no harddrives locates.So I cant do anything with the Raidar.&nbsp;I already tried to reboot the NAS (after I start the NAS again the blue light (of the power) blinks very fast, after that he keeps on and again after that he blinks again en keeps doing that). I also tried to find him without an active firewall or virusscanner. I also tried an another computer on my network.I also tried to connect with the IP adres but nothing works.&nbsp;I'm now out of options, I really hope that someone can help me because I'm getting a little bit desperate.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Have you checked to make sure that the disks are properly seated?

Yes I took another look at the disks and I already closed him before I putted him in the bay.Thank you!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

I'm now a step further in the proces. On Readycloud he sees mine NAS. But now I have to press at 'Manage' and then he tried to connect me to 192.168.1.13 and ask me for an username and a password. I tried to use my login for readycloud but that doesn't work. Also I tried to use 'admin' and 'admin' but that also doesn't work.&nbsp;Does somebody knows what I have to type there?&nbsp;

admin/password are the username and password combination you need for the GUI.
&nbsp;
Readycloud is really for remote access to the readynas, are you planning to remotely access your readynas? It's use during the setup process is a little confusing to new users I must say.
For local access, especially to the GUI, I would suggest using Raidar:
