Can someone verify is this update applies to the RND4000 (v1)?
It does apply to the v1 (which runs 4.1.x firmware).
The kb article link is correct.
A direct link to the zip file is http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RND2110/RAIDiator-4.1.15.zip
Extract the image from the zip, and manually install it through the frontview web ui.

Thanks. I was not aware that all the 4.1.x firmware versions applied to the RND4000 V1.
Are you saying that the "Applies to" links on the KB article page work for you? I got the failure in MSIE 11 and Firefox.

Hi JoeM845,
I just want to follow-up on this. Are you now able to access the "Applies to" links that you are referring to on the KB article mentioned?

Hi DaneA,
No. I consistently get the "not found" display when I try the "Applies To" links for the RND4000 and the RND4000v2 under ReadyNAS Business. Other products seem to work (e.g., http://www.netgear.com/support/product/RND4210v1).
I get the same behavior when I directly try "http://www.netgear.com/support/product/RND4000" and "http://www.netgear.com/support/product/RND4000v2".
I get this behavior with IE 11.0.9600.18376 (Update 11.0.33) and FF 49.0.2.
