      Hi Brian,

Firmware version is 6.5.1 and web link is not created by admin (is created by local user from phone device).

        Hi shakiri,

Just tried this on an Apple iOS device with the latest ReadyCLOUD app and it worked just fine. Could you tell us the firmware of your Android device and the version of the ReadyCLOUD app installed?

        Kind regards,

  • I'm having the same problem. I have a nighthawk with the latest firmware, and I'm running the latest readycloud app on iOS...

This problem only seems to exist when I'm not connected to my Wi-Fi. I have not yet tried on another Wi-Fi connection.

        Hello _jack_,

I saw your post earlier and did not know that you are using a nighthawk router that has ReadyCloud feature. This thread is for ReadyNAS with ReadyCloud and the topic you have started was posted in the ReadyNAS board too. Please continue discussing the issue on the topic you have started, I will move that topic to the right board.

        Regards,

  • I am on iOS with latest updates and firmware, nighthawk as well
