LCD on NV+ shows volume not hostname.

The LCD will only show the IP, not hostname.
If FrontView/RAIDar shows Disk 2 healthy, it might be the LED board in the chassis having problems itself. You can contact technical support (numbers below) to inquire about a chassis RMA if needed.
