Logon to RN104
I have a problem with my RN104 software version 6.10.5, in that I can't logon to it. I'm on Windows 11. RAIDar finds it okay. I can't ping it, and file explorer can't see it either. Up until recently...

Is the IP address reported by RAIDar on your router's subnet?
Is RAIDar reporting that the NAS is healthy?

And what error message do you get when you try to log in?

I use Lastpass for passwords, so I'm pretty sure that the password is correct.

Likely you already know this, but just in case - the username has to be admin.
"Pretty sure" sounds a bit tentative. You could do an OS-reinstall using the boot menu. Instructions are on pages 28-29 here:
That will
- reset the admin password to password
- reset the network configuration to use DHCP with no bonding
- turn off volume quota (which can be turned back on via the volume settings wheel).

The router MR60 finds it okay. RAIDar shows it as healthy with the correct IP address.
