Loss of Cloud access and 18007020001 error
Hi all
I have a readynas 104 iv had it runing with no issues for a while recently i upgraded my network adding in a 1g switch and im unsure if this was the problem but after thisi lost acces to the cloud online system, the switch is working with the rest of the network fine and no other issues with that part but i get the error message 18007020001 when ever i look at the admin page on share and i pops up every time i look at the setings on home folder im at a loss for what to do at this point so any help would be good,

Status and AV are green
Fireware is 6.5.2

Can you ping the NAS from a PC?

i have full access to the NAS via lan and admin page and can still see/controle the files on the drive i just cant get remote in and cloud access i can still edit and move most files the only ones i cant do anything to is the Home Folder, as as soon as i try and open the settings i get the error box up and that code.
did a ping test just to be sure and no issues on that.
Ok, so the only issue is with ReadyCloud?
