Lost IP but everything else looks ok ????

HI,

Hope somebody in here can help me.

NV+ with 2x1Tb discs suddenly looses IP connectivity. No respons to ping or web based management tool. But RAIDar detects the NAS just fine ( Layer2 - MAC adr I guess ? ), but allow no access to the NAS and "Locate" does not work either. The LEDs on the NIC (backside) responds just fine when plug/unplug cable. No messages via LED on front or LCD panel. It even show correct volume size and correct IP adr.
I was able to backup "Backup" share ( Our photos from 2000 and until today 38.000 pictures - and saving my marriage ;-) ) using other USB disc and "Backup Button", but other shares are not saved yet.

How do I get in touch with the NAS again and save my data ????
