Mac OS X Lion is supported. I don't know who you spoke to. I'd suggest you edit the thread title (i.e. subject of first post in the thread) to include your case number.
What version of RAIDiator firmware are you running?
Please update to the latest RAIDiator firmware. You need RAIDiator 4.1.8 or later for Mac OS X Lion support.
4.1.9-T2 beta is also available. It's a pretty stable beta build and addresses performance issues with 4.1.8: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=59222
